Memory Screening

You may be eligible for an Alzheimer’s Disease Study:

• Are you between the ages of 50 and 80?
• Have you or a loved one noticed a gradual and progressive decline in memory?

Inclusion Criteria:

• Age 50 to 80 years
• Noticing a gradual and progressive decline in memory function

What’s Involved:

• A brief memory screening session
• Confidential and professional staff
• Takes less than 1 hour

Compensation:

• Participants will receive $25 for completing the screening
