Basic Criteria:
- Have a BMI between 18 and 35 kg/m2
- Be in good general health
- Have high Lp(a) levels (PART B ONLY)

Answers Must Be No:
- If female, are you breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning on becoming pregnant?
- Do you have a history or presence of gastrointestinal, hepatic, or renal disease or any other condition known to interfere with absorption, distribution, metabolism, or excretion of drugs?
- Do you have a known bleeding or coagulation disorder?
- Do you have a family history of long QT syndrome?
- Are you a current smoker or have you smoked or used nicotine products (including e- cigarettes) in the last 3 months?
- Have you donated plasma in the last month, or have you had severe blood loss in the last 3 months?
- Do you use any prescribed or nonprescribed medications including antacids, analgesics (other than Tylenol), and/or herbal remedies in the past 2 weeks?
- Do you consume more than 500mg of caffeine containing food or drinks per day?
- Have you participated in a clinical trial in the last month?
- Do you have HIV, Hepatitis A, or Hepatitis B?
- Do you have any medical dietary restrictions?
Answers Must Be Yes:
- If female, are you of non-childbearing potential?
- If fertile and male with a partner of childbearing potential, are you willing to use a highly effective form of birth control throughout the study?
