Depression Prescreen Self-Scheduler

Basic Criteria 

• Age 18 or older 

• Currently depressed 

• Now enrolling multiple depression studies and the clinical team will discuss which study you may qualify for at your first site visit. 

• • This is an unpaid prescreen visit for 1hr. You may be required to stay for additional paid screening time if you’re eligible for one of our depression studies.  

Answer Must be NO 

• Are you pregnant, nursing, breastfeeding or plan to do so during the trial?  

• Do you have a history of schizophrenia, Bipolar or other psychotic disorders or have a first-degree relative who had it?  

• Do you have antisocial personality disorder or borderline personality disorder?  

• Do you have moderate or severe substance abuse disorder (excluding caffeine)? Or have you been diagnosed with it in the past 6 months?  

• • If patient smokes marijuana or use cannabis, including THC, hemp seed oil or CBD gummies they must be willing to stop for the duration of the study 

• Do you have HIV, or active Hepatitis B or C? 

• Do you have uncontrolled thyroid disease, uncontrolled diabetes or uncontrolled high blood pressure? 

• Have you attempted suicide in the past year? 

Answer Must be YES 

• If female of childbearing potential, do you agree to use an effective method of contraception or remain abstinent throughout the study? 

• Do you agree to sign consent and comply with all study requirements? 
• Additional criteria may apply

Compensation up to $2,425 is may be available for time and travel
