Alzheimer’s Disease Ressearch Study

Basic Criteria: 

• Be 60-90 years old

• Be cognitively normal, have mild cognitive impairment, or have mild-moderate Alzheimer’s Disease  

• Have a study buddy who can provide accurate information about the participant’s cognitive and functional abilities 

Answers Must Be No: 

• Have you had a negative amyloid PET scan in the past 6 months?  

• Do you have any neurological disorder affecting the central nervous system, other than Alzheimer’s Disease, that may be contributing to cognitive impairment? 

• For example:  

• • Parkinson’s disease, other dementias, multiple concussions or seizures 
• Have you had a stroke or seizures in the past year? 

• Do you have a history of having cancer in the past 5 years (except for skin or prostate cancer)? 

• Have you had alcohol or drug abuse or dependence in the past year? 

• Do you have a serious or unstable medical condition? 

• Do you have HIV? 

• Do you weigh less than 110 pounds? 

• Have you participated in an Alzheimer’s Disease clinical trial in the past 6 months? 

Answers Must Be Yes 

• Are you willing to have your blood drawn? 

Additional criteria will apply
