Hypothyroidism Self-Scheduler

Qualified participants must: 

• Be 18-75 years old 
• Be diagnosed with Hypothyroidism for a year or more
• Must have documentation of TSH levels between 0.45-4.12 mIU/L taken within 6 weeks-12 months prior to coming in for you visit
• Be more than 5 yeas from thyroidectomy or last thyroid surgery, if history of receiving treatment for thyroid cancer  
• Be on continuous thyroid replacement therapy with an FDA-approved dose of synthetic T4 for primary hypothyroidism for at least 12 months 
• Not have a history of alcohol or other substance abuse within the previous 2 years 
• Not be enrolled in an investigational study within the last 30 days 
• Agree to use effective birth control if a woman of childbearing potential or a man whose partner is of childbearing potential 
• Additional criteria may apply
