Helen L. Stacey MD, MPH

Dr. Helen Stacey holds medical licensure in California and is an internist with over three decades of clinical and research experience, specializing in internal medicine and clinical trials. Since 2000, she has served as a lead investigator at Diablo Clinical Research (now Flourish Research – Walnut Creek), overseeing more than 100 clinical trials and contributing as a sub-investigator in over 750 studies across diverse therapeutic areas, including diabetes, endocrinology, cardiovascular disease, neurology, gastrointestinal conditions, and vaccine development.

With an MD from Emory University and an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Washington, Dr. Stacey has combined her passion for patient care with rigorous scientific inquiry. Her early career included pivotal roles in public health and academic research, including work with the University of Washington AIDS Vaccine Unit and leadership in community immunization initiatives.

Dr. Stacey’s expertise is frequently sought for Phase I–IV drug and device studies, and she has authored peer-reviewed publications on vaccine safety, immune tolerance therapies, and chronic disease management. She is known for her compassionate approach, commitment to scientific integrity, and collaborative spirit in advancing medical knowledge.
