Meaghan T. Saint PA-C, CDCES

Meaghan Saint is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over two decades of experience in endocrinology and clinical research. Since 2017, she has served as an Investigator at Diablo Clinical Research, contributing to more than 220 clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas including diabetes, obesity, migraine, gastrointestinal conditions, and vaccines.

Her clinical foundation includes over 15 years of practice in general endocrinology and diabetes management, with a special focus on patient education and chronic disease care. Prior to her current role, she was a key member of the Walnut Creek Endocrine team and served as a sub-investigator in early drug development studies.

Meaghan holds a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Samuel Merritt University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is actively involved in professional education and has been a guest lecturer at Samuel Merritt University since 2013, sharing her expertise in conditions such as gestational diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

With her clinical insight, teaching passion, and dedication to advancing research, Meaghan bridges compassionate care with innovation in endocrine science.
