Geoff Gilmore

Geoff Gilmore brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, uniting legal, operational, and business expertise to advance organizational and business growth.

At Flourish Research, he is responsible for legal, compliance, and human resources operations. Geoff focuses on creating strong partnerships across the organization to accelerate innovation, manage risk and compliance, and enable sustainable business growth.

Before joining Flourish, Geoff served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Agile Therapeutics, guiding the company from IPO through FDA approval, commercialization, and acquisition. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Amicus Therapeutics, held senior leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and has advised numerous emerging biotech and pharmaceutical organizations on clinical, regulatory, and commercial readiness strategies.

Driven by a lifelong passion for drug development, Geoff works to bridge science, strategy, and execution to help accelerate high-quality clinical research and the delivery of new therapies.

Geoff holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. with honors in Classics from Franklin & Marshall College.
