As President of Biopharma at Emmes, she led strategic expansions and M&A initiatives, resulting in five acquisitions in 2.5 years. Previously, at PPD, she built global teams, enhanced patient access to clinical trials, and forged key industry partnerships. Passionate about advancing diversity in clinical research, Rhonda brings a results-driven approach to leadership.
